Returns

We understand that some things just aren't meant to be. Returns will be accepted on new condition merchandise within 10 days of invoice issuance and/or web order unless otherwise noted on individual posts via our social media platform(s). Store credit toward future purchase(s) will be issued for all returns. 

*Exception: all discounted purchases and VIP flash sales are final and are not eligible for return.

**Damages must be reported within 48 hours of tracked delivery and such issues will be handled on an individualized, case by case basis to ensure you are served with our standard of high-quality products.

Shipping

We know that you can't wait to try on your new purchase(s) and we are committed to getting your items into your hands ASAP. Upon paid invoice, your items will ship within 3-4 business days. 

Local pick-up is an option in either Brainerd or Pequot Lakes, MN. Please note pick-up upon placing your order.
